1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing whitecoatguru.in and purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. About WhiteCoatGuru
WhiteCoatGuru provides a personalised, evidence-backed NEET UG MBBS counselling strategy report based on your submitted profile, official counselling rules, historical allotment data, seat matrices, fees, and your stated family priorities. There is no live consultation, phone call, or free counselling component — the service is digital, order-based, and reviewed by our team before delivery.
3. Eligibility and Minors
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration and payment on your behalf, and is responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted.
4. The Service
Complete the student profile form → complete payment via Razorpay → your profile is reviewed and analysed → you receive your personalised report by email. Full inclusions and exclusions are listed on the Pricing section of the homepage and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Payment
All payments are processed by Razorpay, in Indian Rupees. WhiteCoatGuru does not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
6. Delivery
Reports are delivered digitally to the email address you provide. The delivery timeline begins only once payment is confirmed and your detailed profile is submitted completely — target turnaround is 3-5 days; if information is incomplete, the clock restarts once the missing details are received.
7. Important — What This Report Is, and Is Not
- WhiteCoatGuru is an independent, unofficial guidance service. It is not affiliated with the National Medical Commission (NMC), the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), any State Directorate of Medical Education (DME), or any official NEET-UG counselling authority, unless separately and formally stated.
- Your report is an evidence-backed strategy document based on official rules, historical allotment data and seat matrices. It is a decision-support tool, not a prediction, guarantee, or assurance of admission to any college, course, or quota.
- Counselling rules, seat matrices, cutoffs, and quota policies can change, sometimes during a single counselling cycle. You are responsible for verifying current information with official sources before making any counselling decision.
- All final choice-filling, seat acceptance, and counselling decisions are made solely by you.
8. Accuracy of Information You Provide
The quality of your report depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit, including your scorecard and stated preferences.

10. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Your report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use by you and your family. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share your report with third parties.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhiteCoatGuru's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. WhiteCoatGuru is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from counselling or admission outcomes.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
