About
What the All India 50% Quota means
In NEET-PG counselling, 50% of the postgraduate seats in state government medical colleges are pooled into the All India Quota (AIQ) and allotted centrally by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) purely on NEET-PG All India Rank — open to candidates from every state. The remaining seats are filled through each state’s own counselling. Your standing for AIQ is captured by three numbers on your result: your NEET-PG All India Rank, your AIQ 50% rank (merit among those eligible for AIQ counselling), and your category rank.
